Meet Coach Noor
I created NXL from my own pursuit of becoming stronger, faster and more explosive on the basketball court.
Throughout that journey, I’ve navigated injuries, setbacks, self-doubt and the frustration of not always knowing whether I was training the right way. Those experiences pushed me to understand performance on a deeper levelnot only to improve myself, but to help other athletes train with greater structure, purpose and confidence.
I’m currently completing a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science while continuing to develop my knowledge through hands-on strength and conditioning coaching and real-world experience helping basketball athletes improve their performance.
I'm not watching the pursuit from the outside. I'm building NXL while living it myself.
